PAL confirmed flight PR 2991 Cebu to Zamboanga

PAL confirmed flight PR 2991 Cebu to Zamboanga June 17, 2020 Wednesday ( Cebu to Zamboanga flight schedule is every wednesday only )

We're all on board ( with our required travel documents ) seatbelts fastened and ready to fly.

Very excited to go home after being stranded for 3 months at Legazpi City ( booked a connecting flight Legazpi to Cebu then Zamboanga ) when suddenly the pilot announced:

" Please standby as Zamboanga City LGU has denied entry of our flight to Zamboanga City International Airport our Ground personnel are coordinating with Zamboanga City International Airport to reconsider "

After 10 minutes the pilot announced: 

" We're sorry Zamboanga City has denied our flight to enter ZC International Airport please prepare to deboard the plane as the buses will pick you up and will send you to arrival area "

1 day before the flight everything was ok and only flight departure time change schedules was informed to us by PAL via email that was ok but for us was who was already seated on the plane and excited to go home finally after being more than 3 months stranded.

Why decide on the last minute? You held us like hostages you could have brought us to a quarantine facility when we arrived at Zamboanga it is ok if we cannot go to home quarantine we will understand that.

Is Zamboanga City LGU even prepared? 

You could have just handle the situation better now Zamboangueños decided to stay at the airport waiting for june 24 without any assurance you have placed us in more risky situation.

Now we will rebook the flight to June 24, 2020 

without any assurance.

How long will us the stranded Zamboangueños be stranded at Mactan-Cebu International Airport?

Lapu Lapu City is under GCQ where the MCIA is located only Cebu City is ECQ.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!
